I love Italian food! It is by far my favorite food type (besides barbecue, Cajun, Seafood ...ok, maybe not that far). Today felt like an Italian day, and I just happened to be in the Portobello's area.

Now personally, I am a Portobello's fan. I have been here many times and I have never eaten a dish that I didn't like. On this particular visit I decided to try the chicken parmesan.

The dish was presented with a plate of noodles topes with marinara with a piece of  garlic bread. Strips of breaded chicken were added on a separate plate. The noodles were excellent and the chicken was fantastic. The sauce by itself has a unique flavor and tends to be a little on the sweet side. All together however, the dish worked very well as a whole and was really enjoyable.

The service was great and my waitress was very sweet and hard working. I have never 
had a single problem when visiting this restaurant.

Atmosphere
Portobello's has sort of a fine dining atmosphere with out the requirement of a jacket and tie. The low lighting is very relaxing and tends to be a little romantic. Perfect for a date guys!
